All athletes MUST have a current medical form and copy of your covid-19 card on file if applicable.   The medical and release forms are available on the homepage under "FORMS".   The medical and release forms and a copy of your COVID-19 card if applicable be completed and returned to your coach before starting.   Your coach will forward it to state.   There are only 50 slots available and it will be a first come first served.
